What we look at

Every answer, read and scored.

For each question we record which businesses the assistant names, whether it gets your details right, and which websites it cites as sources. Those sources are often directories and review sites you can update.

How it works

A weekly checkup with a fix list attached.

  1. Pick the questions

    We agree on 12 to 20 questions your customers ask, from short searches to full requests, using search demand data.

  2. Ask six assistants

    Each question goes to six AI assistants every week, so one lucky or unlucky answer does not decide anything.

  3. Read the report

    You see how often you are named, what is said about you, what is wrong, and which sources the assistants cite.

  4. Fix and measure

    You get a short list of fixes, ranked by effort and impact, and later runs show what moved after each one.
